Tyroo To Acquire Dgm india

Tyroo Today Announce that they are going to acquire DGM India along with DGM India's Managing director Director Anurag Guptha .Tyroo ,A SVG Company ,With This Acquisition Tyroo hope that they will become the largest digital media network in India and is on its way to becoming India’s largest digital media company, after Google India, by next year.
Tyroo's Founder Manish vij in his own words about this acquisition “DGM is a company with over 5 years of performance leadership, a world class proprietary technology and management. We are excited to bring them as part of the Tyroo / SVG family. With this acquisition there will be clearly a media network that can give advertisers scale and quality. For Publishers it will be the only place to have almost every running campaign in Indian digital media”
Anurag Gupta, who is the DGM India’s founder, promoter and Managing Director says “I am excited to take DGM India along with India’s largest digital media group. DGM India has a superb team, technology and leadership in the performance business. DGM is on a very fast growth rate and will end the year with USD 5 –6 Mnannual revenue. We are launching other DGM Products in market very soon and enhancing our technology”
undoubtedly this is the one of the biggest acquisition in advertising industry .now new compitation will start in india's advertising industry that will help both advertisers and publishers. recently komli acquire ad max ,a Singapore based ad network .with this acquisition komli rise curter for the No.1 Position among indian based ad networks .recently with acquisition tyroo also in on it's way to reach that goal.
in case of tyroo acquisition this will help to them in gaining more market share in india because both networks are indian based ad networks .but in case of komli acquisition this will help to them in business expansion in asia pussififc region. of-course there are so many other large ad networks in india like triblefusion,ad magnet etc... so we can't decide whether tyroo is No.1 (or) Komali by considering this aquisations.wait and watch the for next acquisition..:)
