Facebook is going to release its own Smartphone by the next year

Facebook, the world’s No.1 social networking platform now in its way to enter into Smartphone market by releasing its own smart phone. This Smartphone is expected to be going for sale by the next year. Last week Google completed it’s acquisition of Motorola, one of the famous handset maker in world for a massive value of $12.5B .with this acquisition Google now step-up in into Smartphone segment.befor this acquisition Google release somesmartphones by entering into partnership with some famous handset makers liken Samsung, nokia, htc…But from now with this acquisition Google start producing it’s Smartphone under its own brand.

Before this face book tried twice to release it’s Smartphone but failed because of difficulties involved .Last year Facebook entered into a partnership with HTC to create a Smartphone named ”Buffy” which is still in the works. Now facebook strengthen the process by haring some of farmer software and hardware engineers of apple who worked for apple iphone and one who worked on ipad .alredy discursion are started among the Facebook CEO and newly hired employees regarding the features and hardware of the new Smartphone.

Facebook could acquire any smart phone maker if it’s team of engineers failed to do this smartphone.because the facebook raised a massive $16B from its first IPO.So I think it is not a tuff task to acquire a smart phone maker like RIM. Because as per the reports the total estimated value of RIM is $6B.
